Users can create unlimited counters, customize names, count up or down, and access their data offline. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and provides a simple, efficient way to replace traditional hand tally counters.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Extension or interfere with any other party's use of the Extension. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Extension to infringe upon intellectual property rights

4. Privacy and Data

The Extension processes all data locally in your browser and does not store, collect, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All your counts, counter names, and settings remain completely private and under your control. We do not have access to any of your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of counting data. While the Extension is designed to be reliable, counting accuracy depends on proper usage and browser functionality. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on counting data.
